With over 23 years of civil engineering experience,
Mr. Brown has successfully completed numerous projects ranging from
multi-million dollar governmental facilities to high end, custom residential
site development, grading, drainage, irrigation and landscape plans.
He has worked with public agencies, consultants, developers, owners
and other engineers in completing projects including initial concept
planning, feasibility studies, project design, cost estimating, production
of plans and specifications, permits, bidding, contract administration
and construction management.
